🎉 EXCITING NEWS! 🎉

Small Group Breastfeeding Preparation Classes

We’re launching our new Small Group Breastfeeding Preparation Classes from October! 🤱🏼

Launching October | Saturday Mornings | 10am–12pm

If you’re expecting a baby and want to feel genuinely prepared and confident about breastfeeding before your baby arrives, this is for you.

Join Ailish, a midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant who works on the postnatal wards, for a relaxed and interactive Saturday morning session from 10am–12pm, where you’ll learn what breastfeeding really looks like in those important first few hours and days after birth.

We’ll cover:
🤍What to expect in the first few hours after birth
🤍 What breastfeeding looks like in the first few days
🤍 What is normal — and what isn’t
🤍 Common challenges and how to navigate them
🤍 How to recognise when things may need a little extra support
🤍 Practical tips to help you get breastfeeding off to the best possible start
🤍 What you and your partner can expect during those early days
🤍 Plenty of time for questions, conversation and discussion

And there’s something really special about learning in a small group setting.

With just 4 couples per group, these sessions are relaxed, informal and personal. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, chat openly, learn from other parents and meet other local mums who are preparing for the same journey.

And your partner is very much encouraged to come along too! ❤️

Why learn with Ailish?

Ailish is a midwife and IBCLC working on the postnatal wards, so she is seeing breastfeeding in those first hours and days in real time.

That means you’re learning from someone who is actively working with new families, seeing the challenges that come up every day and staying up to date with current, evidence-based practice.

This isn’t just about learning how to breastfeed.

It’s about understanding what to expect, knowing what’s normal, feeling confident when things don’t go exactly to plan, and knowing how to navigate those early days with the right information and support. Some babies need time to learn how to breastfeed well, and you need to know how to support them and supply until they do!

Places are VERY limited!

We will be running just ONE group per month, with only 4 couples in each group.
That means there are only 4 places available each month.

Our waitlist is now open for the October launch.
If you’d like to be one of the first couples to join us, add your name to the waitlist now so you don’t miss out.

Small group. Real conversations. Current, evidence-based information. Practical preparation for the early days.

Let’s get breastfeeding off to the Best Start. 🤍
